Shipping
Every sign made by Neon Feed is delivered in it's own custom made box.
As of February 2022, our current lead time for custom neon signs is 14-20 working days, excluding weekends.
Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from the courier company.
Operating hours: We work from Monday - Friday, so if you order on a weekend, the lead-time starts from the Monday.
If you’ve received your item and it is either:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Faulty
- The product differs from the original specifications
Preset designs
We have a selection of ready-made, ready-to-ship neon signs that can be purchased online - please see the preset designs page here for all options we currently have available.
Standard shipping for these designs are 3-4 working days.
Returns
- Please note that our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can not offer any refund or exchange.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your neon sign must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the same packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, Neon Feed will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Futher more, Neon Feed will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- During this time period, there is no need to contact us as we need a processing time to provide the final decision.
- If you are approved for a refund, Neon Feed will be in contact to receive relevant information and your refund will be processed.
Custom designs
Please note: Custom neon signs are unique, handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. The neon tubes are bent by hand.
After the mock-up is approved and payment has been settled, no returns or exchanges are possible.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation: Preset designs only
In the event of a cancellation before the item is being shipped, a 5% of the original price will be held to cover the transaction fees.
Replacement of broken neon signs
Your neon arrived broken? We will take care of this. Please ensure that you send us images within 7 days of the 4 sides of the package as well as pictures of the broken parts. We will set up a claim in front of the courier. In parallel, we will remake and deliver your new neon sign.
