Shipping
Every sign made by Neon Feed is delivered in it's own custom made box.
Once your order is ready, we'll let you know and you'll receive tracking info from the courier company.
Operating hours: We work from Monday - Friday, so if you order on a weekend, the lead-time starts from the Monday.
If you’ve received your item and it is either:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Faulty
- The product differs from the original specifications
We will arrange an replacement/repair or refund, at our discretion within 10 days of you receiving your order this.
Please Note: no refunds for custom or personalized orders we only provide repair/exchange on custom products.
Preset designs
We have a selection neon signs that can be purchased online
Standard shipping for these designs are 3-4/7-14 working days.
Returns
- Please note that our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can not offer any refund or exchange.
- In order to be eligible for a return, your neon sign must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the same packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, Neon Feed will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Futher more, Neon Feed will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- During this time period, there is no need to contact us as we need a processing time to provide the final decision.
- If you are approved for a refund, Neon Feed will be in contact to receive relevant information and your refund will be processed.
Custom designs
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't
accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
- All products produced by Neon Feed are our property until full payment is made.
After the mock-up is approved and payment has been settled, no refunds are possible.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation: Preset designs only
In the event of a cancellation before the item is being shipped, a 5% of the original price will be held to cover the transaction fees.
Replacement of broken neon signs
Your neon arrived broken? We will take care of this. Please ensure that you send us images within 7 days of the 4 sides of the package as well as pictures of the broken parts. We will set up a claim in front of the courier. In parallel, we will remake and deliver your new neon sign.
