If you’ve received your item and it is either:

We will arrange an exchange or refund, at our discretion within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Returns

Please note that our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since receiving your order , we can not offer any refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your neon sign must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the same packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, Neon Feed will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Futher more, Neon Feed will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
During this time period, there is no need to contact us as we need a processing time to provide the final decision.
If you are approved for a refund, Neon Feed will be in contact to receive relevant information and your refund will be processed.
